Due to the unique nature of our product, all sales are final once steps 1 and 2 below have been completed. This is due to the fact that we are unable to verify sterility and safety of any returned medical products, and many of our retail partners from which we acquire your items also do not accept returns. All purchases remain fully refundable up to the completion of step 2 (see below), after which point no refunds or cancellations can be issued. 4 STEPS TO EXPECT ONCE PURCHASE IS MADE:

1. After a purchase has been made, expect contact via email within 48 hours to schedule a 15 minute telehealth consultation with a member of our medical team. The goal of this encounter is to determine the presence of any allergies or chronic medical conditions that may require substitutions and alternative forms of treatment provided in your S.T.A.C.K.

2. Next, you will be emailed a simple DocuSign contract to sign, to be sure you understand the expectations, limitations, and terms of use of our product. This ensures that people understand that our product is not a substitution for modern medical care, and is only designed to be used when no other options exist (aka; societal collapse or being remotely stranded). Once this DocuSign agreement has been signed and received by our team, assembly of your product will begin. After this step, all sales are final.

3. Our team will now order your medications and begin the process of assembling your customized S.T.A.C.K. System. Your binders of education and instruction will be assembled based on the model you purchased (Pro versus Standard). All of your RX medications (prescribed in your name) will arrive at our headquarters, and will be placed inside your S.T.A.C.K. Tower within the corresponding treatment modules prior to delivery, so that it arrives to you ready for immediate use, with no assembly or organization required.

4. Your S.T.A.C.K. System will then be packaged and shipped to your location in this ready-to-deploy state. All shipping is included in the purchase price (except for residents of Hawaii and Alaska which will require an additional $150 fee for air-crate-shipping). You can expect arrival on your doorstep within 4-6 weeks of the date of original purchase. If we are facing any delays, you will be contacted and notified immediately.
